Flannel material is really soft. The sleeves are a perfect length and the button down front is nicely made... the pattern/cut for the back and sides of the shirt are super weird though.
I feel like the Hulk when I move my arms forward to pick something up or hug someone. The portion of the shirt covering my upper back and just under my arms becomes so tight it feels like I'm about to rip the seams out. I've never owned a flannel shirt that feels this way and the majority of my shirts are flannel. I have to adjust the way I move my body in this shirt. Not the worst thing in the world but again very strange given I own 15 other flannels of various makes and models and none of them are tight in the shoulders like this one.
