I was excited to get these because the styling is worlds better than Fly and TLD, however, the waistline needs a redesign for cycling. It's only about 1" higher in the back than in the front, which results in the back going really low when you're tucking into the bike the way we do over jumps in BMX racing.
I had admired Fasthouse's designs for years, but when I think about it, I've never seen a pair of their pants at the track. Now I know why.
Give me a higher back, lower front, more effective waist cinch mechanisms (float it through the back of the waist band for best results), and at least one pocket that can fit a smart phone and position, low enough on the thigh not to restrict movement and forward enough that I won't be worrying about it in crashes, and I'll be back in a heartbeat.
