They work but nothing special. Sizing is a little small compared to other brands. The seat pad is also closer to the front more than other brands. This gives your "goodies" a lot of coverage and protection but I found myself rearranging and trying to pull the back up to get the pad more under my butt so I actually have some padding while seated. They were free as a promotion since I bought a pair of shorts. Can't complain about free.
