Orders requesting Next Day or 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 1PM PST. Orders placed before 1PM PST will go out same day.
We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping to the US on orders over $125.


At this time, we cannot accept orders from Freight Forwarding companies to ship product out of the US. We will refund your order once we receive it.


Our Fasthouse family understand that things happen. You ordered the wrong size, the product isn’t quite what you were expecting. We want to do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Fasthouse Return Policy

  • Product can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts is not eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase by referencing a valid order number is required.
  • All freight expenses associated with the return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns on Promotional Deals (example: "Buy a Jersey, Pant and Glove Set, Get a Free ID Kit"). We will exchange your item for a different size of the same item.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be made if purchased from directly. All other returns/exchanges need to be made at your original place of purchase.


    REFUNDS (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use our returns form to create a return shipping label: RETURNS FORM


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
